Light, fluffy and tart, this strawberry cream can be eaten on its own or on top of other desserts.

Ingredients:

2 cups strawberries, chilled

1 ½ cups heavy cream

Directions:

Place 2 cups strawberries in a food processor and process.

Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Add in the strawberries and then place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove and serve.
